Therapy is a place to explore the root of your anxiety, learn skills to regulate, and develop strategies to maintain a sense of peace.
Life transitions
While life transitions can be exciting, they often come with an element of grief, uncertainty, or instability. This can create confusion and shame during an already challenging time of change, and might also increase anxiety levels. I offer a supportive space to process the change and learn new ways to grow in your life circumstances.
Family conflict
Our most formative relationships are with the people we were raised by and with. This looks different for everyone and can present complex dynamics that are difficult to process on your own. Together we can identify the impact of your upbringing on your present day relationships and process how you’d like to move forward.
