Individual Therapy for Family Conflict

Our most formative relationships are with the people we were raised by and with. This looks different for everyone and can present complex dynamics that are difficult to process on your own. Together we can identify the impact of your upbringing on your present day relationships and process how you’d like to move forward.

Family conflict is often where we learn many of our coping mechanisms. These might include struggles with addiction, habits that are hard to break, physical wellness concerns, relationship issues, self esteem, your personal spirituality, and certain types of trauma. If there is an area you’d like to focus on along with your family of origin, we can talk about that during our consultation session.
